  • A brief, easy conversation to see if we’re a good fit. This is also an opportunity to ask further questions and have a more detailed conversation at no charge.

  • If you feel like we’re a good fit, we will schedule your first session. I am currently accepting new clients in-person in LA, or virtual across CA and UT.

  • We move at your pace, with compassion, safety & clarity.
